you can shoot ducks on the pennsy side as long as ur boast isnt anchored and you dont have decoys set

didnt read my dad told me this. hes been hunting the river since the 60's and he said thats always been the way it was that as long as you dont set decoys/anchor/setup on the pennsy side but like scull up on the ducks your fine

i was told my a co, that it it considered tideal water as long as you are on the pa side there should be no problem unitl you get on land

i stand corrected you have to be in the water for it to be legal, if you are on land on the pa side you are hunting another state without the proprer linces.

What if you put your boat in on a pa ramp with guns cased until you get in the water. Also, What difference would it make if you had decoys out as long as your boat is not tied up to PA shoreline?

We hunted all day and ended up with 10 birds. The birds sure are quiet this time of year you dont know their there till last minute.
