Just wanted to remind everyone to remember to buy your 2006 license(s) - They're available now.

Getting caught up in the festivities of the holidays, it's easy to forget, and it's really beat getting suited up at 5:00 AM on a January 2006 morning with a 2005 license on your back!!!

I still have some $ left on my gift cert. from Sports Auth, from my birthday. I usually wait till after Christmas when I may get more.

then go get my licenses and stamps.

Great tip! The last thing you want to do is have to explain why you don't have the new license when a ranger is asking you.

Just got my 2006 license; not Tyvek (waterproof), just the same paper one

BTW... I saw jrhunt buy his All-Around at Simon Peters the other day... they were yellow... same material as this year.

I heard only the bigger stores like Wal-mart and such will have the new license machines for now. It'll be a while until the smaller sport shops get them in.

Yeah gona be like 360.00 for me I think it was last year.Gun,Bow and fishing with stamp I think. bend over and vas up.[cool]Don't even count the Turkey permits in Feb.Cost me a lot in this state to play.

It costs me more to hunt here as resident then it does to by an out of state in many of the states I hunt and fish in. New Jersey permits us to death. My Virginia Liscensce cost me $360 with everything(fish, hunt all weapon and game) The only thing that is expensive in other states is the trapping liscense.
