To the Administrator/Mods....isn't there a better and more efficient way to improve the speed of the site rather than disable features? I asked this question several days ago and it went unanswered. The 'edit' feature has also been revised only to allow editing of your last post for a limited period of time.

i hope there is. without a search feature, NJH is really a glorified chat room. I remember when I joined in summer of 05, and I was planning on starting hunting fall of 05, and the search feature was KEY to me learning about specific WMAs, issues, methods, equipment, etc.
I dropped significant $$ last year when we needed to donate for the site and I'd be happy to do it again if we need another fundraiser for more bandwidth or whatever is the problem...
