guys should be very careful about buying used leupold scopes. believe it or not fake leupold scopes are being sold on ebay and by dishonest venders on the internet. i read that leupold has several lawsuits going on. i'm not accusing anyone here of anything, i'm just letting fellow hunters know this is happening.

Its a good idea to simply call Leupold and confirm serial number and definitely don't buy from ebay.
