But the whole point of my original post was to inform you that you were wrong when you said that guys never do deer drives and shoot at running deer with crossbows.

This might be a news flash but we have done drives with our compounds. Is that wrong now Too?

BTW I don't care for club version of deer hunting.

Certainly not....I myself have participated in deer drives with compund bows. But we refer to them as "pushes" where 2-4 or two guys slowly push deer by each other. I have killed many deer on pushes that have slowly walked by me.

What I am referring to is 6-dayish....20-30man.."Yo Buck" drives occuring every saturday from Sept-Nov.....it happens. Im really not arguing with you here....it happens.

That sucks but you can't say everybody will do it. I for one won't & I hunt Md. with my Xbow. I have not seen the mass stimulis you guys feel it will bring,down there.

thats right RDF they are my deer and its 1 buck only next yr and im implementing hand grenades during fire arm season because they have a firing pin that you pull out and it goes BOOM just like a shotgun or muzzle loader....im gonna send out surveys to 10 hunters and see what they think before the implemation though[rofl][rofl][rofl]

once again more missrepresentation on YOUR part if the untwisted truth about anything bityou on the leg would you recognise it as such?
Negitive impact to the bowseasons HAVE happend in the past and wil happen in the future if the 6 day buck harvest is impacted by anything resembling the bowseason. It has happend before and will again.
Shorter bowseasons bet on it.
Lets not forget here 2008 is the 40th bow season for me in NJ and you come here only because of your crossbow sales pitch not as a hunter and not as one who has hunted here for any period of time.

YOU are from Kentucky a state that has had crossbows in one deer season or another for what 30 years and STILL does not have the "Full inclusion" you promote for NJ and the CROSSBOW is classed in YOUUR HOME STATE as a seperat weapon from BOWS.
I think you should be minding YOUR BUSINESS IN YOUR STATE and tlet those living and huntiong here worry about NJ and don't give me that Federal land crap either the game belongs to the people of the state so huntinng laws are a state issue.

OHIO has had them included full archery season for some 30 YEARS .not only has bow season NOT been shortened it's increased several times proving that it doesn't happen! FACT
