Saturday I finally got to go permit shot gun hunting in 19. I came home for the long weekend and went hunting with my club in zone 19.
While traveling from new road to 70 a woman shouting out of her window foaming out of her mouth was yelling bambi killer to all of us.
I got mad, my buddy simply said damn did you see her face, she looked like she put her makeup on with a cement truck.
I laughed and shrugged it off. But it has been bothering me.
To me this is hateful talk and should be treated as such. Not to mention i do not understand why you would move to the woods or "country" areas and not appreciate hunting. This is the first time I have had the experience in this area with this problem. Usually it has been in the city areas.
Anyway Bambi tasts good and is easier to carry.
