Must have NJDL, FID, active PTPP all with matching address, must not have purchased a handgun within 30days. Transfer to be made at FFL. I'm in Morris county and would prefer RTSP Randolph but will work with you. NICS check, transfer fee and any other fees are purchaser responsibility.
