He was messing with one of my cameras on September 6 hunters don't do that to each other if I find something missing I will turn your picture in

seems you have a clear image, but posted sideways and not taken directly off the chip, but picture off comp monitor? best chance at id is to get as clear a picture as you can uploaded, and rotated.
