Been hunting hard all week. Have seen some small bucks and quite a few does. Got in my stand about 2pm. Had a couple of does come by that ended up winding me. They didn't snort, but ran off. [up] I decided to make some grunts as long as the deer made a lot of commotion running off. A little while later 2 bucks came in and I shot this one at about 50 yards. Had some pictures of this guy and it was the largest I had on camera. Rarely do I get the largest on camera! lol Thanks for reading.

He was out in the snow for 4 hours this afternoon and had about 15 or 20 does and fawns all around but the bucks never showed! He's seen quite a few small ones but has been holding out for something bigger. I think he used a lot of his luck up last year and of course, he got the moose in September. Thanks for asking.
