I heard some kid realy shot the carp, and ghost ran over and took the line from him and pulled it in.

Sorry for the late reply, I was in VA. all last week for a bass tournement at Kerr lake. Like country boy said, I gave the 24 pounder to a Ukrainian couple that saw mw shoot it. They love that carp!! The 16 no one wanted so I put it in the garden.

That looks like the Greenwood Lake Dam. Were you shooting from the abutment or in a boat?
