Well guys I plan on smoking batch number 2 this weekend I will smoke between 15 - 18 fish.. I have about 6 or 7 spoken for.. I know Drag wants 1 who else would like to sample my trout goodness..

I have a bunch of trout and no smoker...have you ever used the coffee can method? Does it work? How long do I let 'em go for?
