I'm not just saying it, if it were a mistake, I'd admit it, but NC is a great place to be. The plumbing is "different". Lol. Lots of venting and piping codes that appear to make no sense and hard to get used to. There aren't police pulling you over for any little thing to generate revenue, and if you do get pulled over and tell them you have a ccw, the ask what kind of gun. I got pulled over for speeding last month and had a loaded shotgun for turkey in the back and we talked hunting. Everyone has a gun, everyone! If you got to a sporting goods store, the ratio of women looking at guns is usually about even with men. All ages and races. It's hot here, that and a thunderstorm out of the blue is almost a daily occurrence in the spring through fall. We love it.
