here's a simple one that I almost always use:

Pre-heat bbq grill med-high

wipe off trout with paper towel to remove any slime, then brush skin lightly with olive oil

grill 5 mins, carefully flip once, grill 5 more mins, remove and eat

BAM!
 
1. clean trout
2. in cavity, place one sprig rosemary, one tablespoon butter
3. place on Reynolds Release foil on grill. (Over low heat, with opposite side of grill on high)
4. squeeze lemon juice over top. (lots of it)
5. close lid, cook for 6-7 minutes, flip fish and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until done.

Had this yesterday with some brookies caught Sunday morning.
