Santa got the boys this thing and was just wondering if anyone has ideas to weatherproof it? I tarped it last night but rain water has been pooling up. They sell covers but they require sides to be taken down and it lays flat which snow will likely build up on it and stretch the springs. Was thinking of building some type of canopy with PVC pipe.

Dangerous as hell, throw that thing away. If your homeowners insurance finds out, they'll raise your rates.
Let the rain run threw it. Tarp will make water pull and stretch the springs. Snow I just usually have to shovel it off after 2 inches. I called my homeowners and they did not care about trampoline and asked if I wanted to increase my personal injury amount because of it.
Same here, mine is out in the weather as well, I did anchor it down with a couple of metal "cork screws" and rope to keep it from blowing away. Our neighbor looses one a year to high winds.
I wish... my kids just keep using theirs, we are going on our 3rd in 12 years!
