Ruger AR-556 for sale brand new NJ legal

I have couple of Ruger AR-556 for sale at $650 per rifle.
They are brand new, never fired in the boxes with all the standard goodies(mag, manual, lock).
Here are the specs from the manufacturer's site:

It is hard to say whether the stock was extended to its full length. It looks like it was but I might be mistaking.

Promag makes an AR butt pad that can help with extending the length off pull a little...

The price originally said $700. Folush is good to deal with, I picked up one of the S&W's this weekend.
