Clover meat Market, 1105 Sunset Rd, Burlington, NJ 08016. That's all they do and they do it well. Meat processed the same as beef and packaged well. Price is $65 and you can drop off up to 9PM in the evening. Its worth the trip I drive from Trenton, since I found them at that price and quality work I stopped cutting my own.

Make the shot processing, in Atlantic Highlands off 35 is the CLEANEST shop I have ever stepped foot in.
