NJ man says 500 lb bear attacked him

STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION!
Pohatcong Township today. Man went out on his porch to feed his cat and states a 450-500 lb. black bear swiped at him causing injury to his arm and hand before it ran into a corn field. States he sees the bear quite often...but you didn't see it on your porch? Something aint right[spy]

As mentioned in another thread.. That guy was prob feeding that bear along with the cats. If indeed there was a bear present?? I can't see a guy not actually seeing a big bear of size like he claims.

First it was 400 then 450 and now 500...Come on people get it right...it was 600lbs!!!!!!! I heard it from a friend of a friend on their mothers brothers side who seen the attack happen!!!

Every time a new article/update comes out this bear gets bigger.

Maybe he was distracted by a mountain lion.

Just in!!!!! I just got word that this alledged bear attack was a cover up.. Come to find out the individual who claim the attack is a well known drinker lol and was a little banged up, attempted to weed whack the back yard and fell on the running weed Whacker! Ha!! After being approached he said he was attacked by a bear lol

Funny you should mention his drinking because the first stories I heard yesterday all said "the guy was inebriated" when the bear attacked him. If he did lie, he's in trouble there as well. Idiot either way you slice it!
