I have been taking the video camera along with me hunting for a long time but never really edited my videos. It was just too record memories. Since my son started hunting about three years ago I’m pretty much the camera man when I take him. I was showing a friend some of my videos and he offered to teach me and my son how to edit our videos. My son who is 12 really took to the software like a duck to water. I’m still trying to get the hang of it. I have some other hunts that still need editing so i will be posting them in the future. Anyway this is a hunt from early bow season. I hope you enjoy what we put together. If you have any POSITIVE feedback or CONSTRUCTIVE criticisms please comment. Also don't forget to subscribe to our you Tube Channel. Thank You.

We are using Sony Vegas Pro 13 for editing the videos. Its probably over kill for the average guy. It takes some time to learn but once you get the hang of it. Its really great. I purchased it from Amazon. Thanks for the feedback guys.

Wow, watching that video and seeing the thrill in your son's eyes is priceless. Kinda got all misty eyed as I remembered both of my son's first hunting expeditions. Being with them when they tagged their first bucks was priceless; although about 18 years ago I can still see every moment in my mind including seeing both of them shake like a leaf. Good stuff. Good for you and great for your son. Congrats, it a beautiful thing!

Great patience for a kid! good teaching him to wait for that shot! That smile is priceless!
ok is your son for hire? seriously! I have atv footage that I tired to edit and I suck at it! I bought a editing program and I do not have the patience for this stuff!
