Got the call from Delran Township PD. Approved for 2 handgun purchase permits. Took 6 weeks. Probably would have gotten them in 5 but the Sgt. was out last week with the flu. Looking forward to picking up my MP40 and hitting the club range.

Yeah birdup, the PD expedited the app. pretty quick. I hesitated posting here at the jeopardy of being blamed for rubbing it in. It goes to show how the turnaround times vary from town to town in NJ. It really should be streamlined and standardized statewide.

I'm about to hit the 6 week mark on Monday... Just waiting on my domestic check to come back. Rest is ready
[rofl][rofl][rofl] when i go to work tomorrow i will let them know that they dropped down a notch in the polls and they need to step up their game to make it back to #1 [rofl]
My cousin used to be the police cheif there and they still gave me a ticket..for not having business name on my truck and I had commercial plates

Stevo, Howell PD only 2-3 weeks for handgun purchase permits. Wow, that's really fast. I guess they give the applications priority.

I'm in week 7 waiting for my permit in Raritan Township Hunterdon County. They blamed the state mental health check for taking too long.
