And honestly what do they think it will accomplish? I had 5 Bears on camera, state land that I could set my watch to. Some a$$ hat came out and randomly blasted at the bears that I definitely would have killed one of. While this this yambag was just throwing lead in sat and watched the bears walk at 65 yards cause I had no clear shot. Neither did he but it did not seem to phase him, and although no clear shots were made he still emptied his gun. There is a reason I don't gun hunt and this a$$ bag more than proved it. I for 1 will be one less a$$ in the woods. So back to the point do they honestly think a few more days will do anything or is just a publicly thing to look like they are actually watching numbers and doing their job?

Just taking an average of the last 4 days (excluding first two as numbers are always higher), they take roughly 40 per day on average. Count Thursday out for heavy rain, and they should take another 120 Bears. If Thursday clears up there's that many more (plus hunters who will venture out in rain). another 120+ Bears removed is actually doing the hunts purpose. So yes, I think you could say that it is indeed doing their job.

As for publicity....its all tree huggers saying vile shit, not exactly what the state wants. So I'm not too sure what you're getting at with that.

Sorry you had to deal with the clown, there's always a few out there. Hopefully he doesn't come back.
