Members beware.....someone pm'd me another website . Well everything but the .com was ****** out. So private messages are monitored and altered by the supreme beings. This site has totally gone down the crapper by over the top moderators. Sort of reminds me of the Obama controlled media.

when you bring up a post that was deleted but dont say where it was it will always get ignored by me. if you really wanted to know that info you would do it in a PM and not on the open forum in an effort to incite.

But since You opened that door, I was referring to facts, like as an example, if you own a rental property, and its a "for Profit" there are a lot of different rules/regs, and the "Socialite" benefits that are added to you gas and electric bills, to pay for the dead beats who either are unable or unwilling to pay their own way.
Providing a service simply means that you just cant do what you want to whom ever you want without possible repercussions for those actions. as stated by Russa.

Yes I did question the delete in the open forum, and directed to the Mod who was posting the thread. Or as the mod today said,
he deleted the post and PM'ed the OP. That my man would have taken all the guess work away
