So I went over to my z2 spot to see if I could catch the giant 6 leaving the fields at first light like he did yesterday. Empty. Got down 7:20 with plan to run home and get in my woods. I am cruising along past cornfield on 618 almost to Whittingham parking lot looking for deer the whole time and WHACK took a big hit on my driver side. A big doe hit me I stopped and saw her flailing her way into woods next to parking lot. Front leg shoulder broken for sure. I pulled into lot. Went to look she wasn't right there. I will go back later with bow to finish her off. Door need to be replaced and front quarter panel. $750 deductible. Great. Just had a grunting 3pt buck chasing a little doe fawn all around my tree as I type this! You can't make this shit up!

How a deer can do that much damage and not be dead on impact is amazing in itself. So this is why nj insurance companies want them all dead. I was saying to my buddies last night "where did all the does go?" Again more irony. Clearly she was getting away from a buck no cars there hunting. He should have no issue catching her now. My poor jeep GC. At least $3,000 in damage I bet.

Hunter goes deer hunting. Hunter leaves spot to hunt another spot. Hunter scanning everywhere for deer while driving because he knows the rut is kicking in... Hunter gets hit by deer, never saw it coming... I just can't friggin believe this... I am going to try and defer the body work until after deer season.... I may not be able to though..

This was years ago but coming back from NY hunting camp before season (a weekend of drinking and working on the camp so reflexes were tired and slow) was driving on river road when a bunch run across me and I slam on the brakes but BANG, I whack one. Doe goes barreling rolling for 20 ft, gets up and bolts. Put it in 1st and start going, shift to 2nd and another bunch dart across in front then BANG... does slams into the side of my car... huge dent behind front wheel well and messed up the driver door... 2 deer in 30 seconds within 1/4 mile LOL

Me and a buddy were dumping some bait last year one night. I guess about 10 pm. When we left I told him to be careful on this road this is where I hit that deer last week.
I said Ill probably hit another. As you, looking everywhere for deer we drive about 1/4 mile up the road and dont you know it I hit another. He didnt see it happen. I pulled over and he pulls up to my window and said that one looks fresh. I said of course it does I just hit it. Help me throw it in the truck. I think these deer are starting to aim for my truck.

Covered 250 yards in every possible direction. That is one tough deer. This 2" space between my plastic molding and front quarter panel is not supposed to be there! How is she not fully concussed?
