I just can't live w/o The Weather Channel, the Outdoor channel and Sportsmans Chnnel, can't do it! Called them and they just started talking nonsense. I'll owe them a out $500 when all said and done. Comcast is being reinstalled on Tuesday. Good riddance douche bags.... Seriously, can't live w/o those channels. Wife thinks I'm nuts but f em all! Happy Sunday! Go Aggles! :drinkingcouch:
 
Ok sure they aren't... If your lucky enough to get a X1 box (which I have)you're doing ok but it still is pretty bad and doesn't work all the time and isn't as smooth as directv. What do you work for them? I've never in my life seen or heard any one stick up for Comcast. If you think even the X1 is up to date you're behind in the times.

I didn't disagree at all with the price and customer service. Just the equipment part I don't work for them but I work with a few different cable companies and I m very fimiliar with the differnet equipment and technologies being offered by them.
 
What's the biggest negative with Comcast?
Everything. I just finally ditched them. I'd HAD it. Enough was enough.

They actually "win" the worst customer service award (below), and not just in TV service provider, but across industries. It's like their customer service reps TRY to piss you off and anger you. Canceling Comcast was therapeutic.

Comcast had the worst customer service reviews of any company this year by a wide margin. At 28.3%, more respondents ranked their experience with the company as poor than any other company. Furthermore, 54.4% of those surveyed claimed that their overall customer experience was negative, nearly 10 percentage points higher than the next worst rated company.
Price, customer service, outdated electronics and on and on!
THIS.

Expensive. Worst customer service in the game. I now have more options, great customer service, better in demand, and I'm saving roughly $350 a year. Screw Comcast.
 
just got comcast when i moved. for the first time i have the sportsman channel and outdoor channel. world fishing network is extra with the package i chose. so far so good. but only show i found i liked was meat eater. only show that shows the hunting and the cooking of the animal thats being hunted. everything else is well...hunting shows
 
Like meateater and the show raised hunting other than those two the rest don't usually sit well with me the one I watched them make 3 horrible shots in the same episode. I still end up watching a lot of them though just because I would still rather be watching that than some other stuff that is on
 
Comcast has The Worst customer service ever. Also be prepared to unplug you're equipment and wait,30 seconds to plug it back in and get it working again. You will be doing this weekly, my wife and I flip a coin to see who gets to do it.

Who did you replace them with? That's what in trying to determine, the lesser of all
evils that have the hunting channels. I'm getting to the point that I find myself looking for them more
and more.
Not too bad now, but wait till Jan&Feb!
