"Why don't you try and pull my wheel bow at #55?" I did, now I am just waiting for the call from the shop to let me know my new Mission Hype DT is in. Poundage adjustable from #15 to #70, up to 80% let off and it didn't cost the price of 2 new guns. Of course have to get new carbon shafts, broad heads, release, to say nothing of rest, sight and any other sundry items. Been shooting hers to tone up so I am confident I will be ready the middle of Oct into the rut.
The cross bow that I have used for 5 yrs is now going into retirement, just didn't find enjoyment with it, but it did serve me well so it all works out. Not so much for the wife though. Oh, and believe me my cheeks are tightening, for I know there will be a price to be paid for this new bow. Since her dog died about a month ago I wonder what's in the works, hmmm, possibly a new pup? You can bet the farm!
