It does look beautiful and the property is cheap, but on a scale of 1 to 10, how hillbillyish'/redneckish' are the people?
Are there actual pockets of civilization where you can drive 10 miles and be at a Home Depot, Outback Steakhouse, or Target etc...?
Like everyone else who possesses fiscal sanity, I need to "flee" from New Jersey sometime in the relatively near future, but I don't know much about West Virginia. I guess what I'm saying is, I'm perfectly fine with rural country living, but I'm not okay with "squeal-like-a-pig" Deliverance folks.
