Bad experience with chevy? I heard good stuff. The other truck that gets awesome review (other then frame recall) is the tundra.

As long as they keep running, I keep buying them. This Silverado was trouble free and if I didnt need a more capable truck for hd towing I would still own it. I have a Gmc van that has 230000 miles and still going strong.

tcook8296, pm me if you find after making a call and hanging up,your dash goes blank. Had mine back 4 times and the answer i got from the dealer was that GM needs to up-date software.And as of April they did not have a solution.

I never owned one due to the fact I work on them all the time .I see the ins and outs of how they are made and how they are held together. JUNK!! When I have to drill through a frames it is much easier on the Chevy than a Ford frame. If Chevy made a good frame it would not have to be dipped in the rubber coating.

Beautiful truck! I am a gmc Chevy guy for life. Had a Colorado , now a Sierra 1500, my dad has had over a dozen silverados and sierras, never one issue. I traded my envoy in with 236000 on it , never a glitch. My dad just got a 2015 2500 hd and the interior looks like a space shuttle . Great trucks good luck with yours.
