Spent an hour while staff tried to find a lefty bait caster for my son , after choosing 4 different. None of them in the store . Over priced camo in hunting section the list goes on . Big disappointment

Had a few friends that were on the construction project of that store.
It was felt without the fee that the lot would be full of people NOT shopping at Bass Pro. but parking for many of the other things around there.
They said even during construction people were parking in the CONSTRUCTION ONLY LOT daily causing a parking nightmare.
If you get your ticket validated the parking is free

Hmmm, I go to Shooters about 3 times a month and it is always busy. In fact I stay away from it during the weekends because it's too busy for my tastes during those days.

I just went there the other day and I think the store is super nice with a great inventory of stuff, don't know what these guys are talking about, saw soo manny things that Dicks doesn't have, it might not be as good as cabelas but it blows Dicks (lol) out of the water. Super pumped about Bass Pro, no more wasting my time at Dicks Sporting goods!!!

[cry][cry][cry] Seems like many of you only want to complain. How much does it cost in tolls and gas to drive over an hour to Christiana or 2 hrs. to Hamburg. I can be to BPS AC in 25 minutes. I can be home in 1.5 hrs and have free parking. The store is nice and has way more than Dicks,Shooters,Bangers or any mom and pops. I will still support my local shops but for many things I cannot get there i surely will go to BPS, it is one of the coolest stores in SJ. Not to mention the jobs it created for construction workers and now those in retail. If you dont like it dont go, but if you do, stop by the gun counter and say hi to TK jr. And as far as Tackle Direct in EHT, i have been there a couple times and walked out empty handed. Its fine if all you do is offshore fish or want fancy yuppie fishing clothes but they dont have anywhere near the stuff BPS has.
