Try new nocks, it's possible you distorted them removing them. Also you could try quick stick glue, only on aluminum arrows it has been done in the past. Carbon arrows are a different animal, I would try new nocks, "crazy glue" should not be used it can actually weaken the nocks!
 
I know you said no glue,I'm assuming you think that would be permanent.NOT if you use cool blue,or like duke said teflon.
 
Trout, I've used Saran Wrap believe it or not. I place a small piece of it over the arrow end of the nock and insert. If this doesn't work just get a batch of new nocks. I had the same issue years ago with Beman ICS arrows.

I'd buy new nocks. If that isn't an option a drop of hot glue will work, just a drop. That way if (or when) you need to remove them you can use a heat gun a "warm" the area and it comes out. Also a good trick is, if you recently cut the tube before you put the nock in, clean the carbon dust out real good. Sometimes the dust makes things not lock in well.
