Dixon's has some reloading stuff but the selection isn't that great. I think they mostly had Lyman dies and such.

Dunkelburgers in Brodheadsville had a great selection of rifle powders and primers when I was in there about a week ago. They carried RCBS equipment. They also had a decent selection of Hornady bullets but not much else as far as other brand of bullets.

Last time I was at Sarco in Easton they hardly had anything there but that was a few months ago.

I like to support the local shops so I try to by their. However, unless you will be out that way for some other reason, it is probably easier and cheaper to buy from Midway, Natchez etc... even if you need to pay the extra $25 in hazmat fees. Powder in some of the places in PA is over $30/lb where you can get it online for just over $20/lb.
 
Pretty sad state of affairs that there isn't a well-stocked dealer in the state of New Jersey.
