Andy Tancredi of Monroe with his 151 7/8 net 8 point. Only lost a little over an inch from gross score. Nice for Middlesex county.

So if you shot yours a few hundred yards from a house it's more impressive? In NJ, you take what you can get wherever you can get them. Deer get old living by houses. That is a probable location to hunt a big buck. It doesn't make you less of a hunter just lucky enough to have access.Very nice deer, but considering it was most likely shot no more then 100 yards from a development full of $500,000-$1,000,000 homes... Not so impressive.
Us meat hunters get lucky with a big deer once in a while.Andy has been hunting a long time, probably longer then most on here are alive. I believe this was his best deer by far. What is cool is he and his son have recorded and have a list on the wall of all the deer they killed and butchered in their garage dating back to the fifties, well over a few hundred, mostly for meat.
