Be careful, they are good for 5 years. I bought a Hss from dicks a couple of months ago, got it home to find out it's 2 years old already.

I'm not real concerned with the expiration date thing. More concerned with actual condition of the item. Most dated items are erring on the side of safety by a very large margin. Your car/truck seat belts don't have an expiration date and most harness's are made of the same material.

Just stating a fact. They are printed on the strap from the factory. I'll spend the $200 every 5 years to know i'm safe. Would rather not find out the strap is no good 20' up.
