Do any of you have rifle scopes on your slug guns? Was wondering if it would cause any problems? Thinking of doing it myself.

I used shotgun scopes on my slug guns since the MOA is 1/2 " instead of the 1/4" found on rifle scopes.

The ballistics of a slug require more aggressive adjustments than a rifle round so when you sight in a rifle scope on a slug it is possible that you bottom out and can't adjust as far as you need. Of course you might get lucky and it could work just fine too.

I use Leupold vx II or Nikon Buck Master and Monarch rifle scopes on slug gun and Muzzleloader . I think they have around 4 inch eye relief and all 3- 9 40 mm .
