I know the guy he admitted this to. I believe it to be true. I know there's nothing that can be done because even if he were questioned about it he can just say what he needs to say. I'm pretty sure he tug it in. I at least have to say something to him and let him know that I know what he did.

If he got away with it chances are idiots like this will do it again.id try to find signs of exactly where he Is setting up.hide some cameras around or try to bust him in the act.then at least you have proof.what you do with that proof is up to you.be a damn shame if you decide to fell some trees for firewood and the first one is the one he's in while he's in it.

File it away, don't say anything to him, let him feel comfortable in his deeds and catch him the next time. See if your buddy who told you this will tell you where he is getting dropped off and start tracking him there. When you catch him on the ground, that is the time to tell him you know about the 10 pointer.

try and set him up, next time you see him show him a trail cam pic or two of a giant buck. Tell you him how it sucks this year that your not going to be able to hunt in there this year because of hockey or whatever reason you can think of. Of course let him know how much this sucks because you have him patterned down to a "T" .

explain the location of where your getting these pics of him. of course near the vicinity of where he was getting dropped of last year. Then go to that location make yourself some giant bogus rubs on trees and some bogus scrapes. Set yourself up a well hidden trail cam or two and hope to get a few pics of him caught in act. Also sacrifice some hunting time and do some surveillance in hopes to catch him red handed

If he did it once he will do it again
