you interested in buying it or do you have other motives for asking that question.
Sounds like a reasonable question to ask given all the tough laws imposed on us by NJ.

The barrels alone are not illegal to own. Once installed on an operating receiver you need the stamp to be legal. Someone cut down 10/22 barrels and threaded the ends, simple task with the right tools, most likely discarded from custom builds.

put a 6" fake surpressor on it your good to go
I've been intrigued by this and trying to figure out a use here in NJ -- This statement is not entirely true -- You must permanently attach said muzzle device or it's an SBR

Simply screwing something on the muzzle to bring it to over 16 inches is against federal law let alone NJ law -- with this barrel attached to a rifle stock

Not trying to dump on your sale -- it's just not as simple as screwing on a muzzle device -- muzzle device cannot be removable

I thought it was obvious it would have to be permanently attached and if you weren't trying to dump on my sale you would have pm'd me

Holy crap. Am I the only person that knows what a Ruger Charger is? Ruger made a pistol out of a 10/22. There's nothing illegal about this. Maybe you need a new barrel for your charger. Maybe you're building a charger. Maybe you just want a short barrel to hang on the wall......
