Looking for Two Guys to Share an Illinois Lease for This Year.
Here are the details:
Illinois, Schuyler County, 170+/- acres wooded and bean fields, 65/35 mix (+/-)
I am NOT an outfitter selling hunts or representing one. Looking for someone/group to hunt OPPOSITE weeks as myself and buddy. You would not be hunting with me- which is a good thing for you --and me.....[ninja]
Only looking for another twosome, or two guys that want to get together to share a lease for this year. If the farms turns out to be a hot property a multi-year lease option is available.
Cost is for a single week is $1150 pp. or the season $1250 pp.
I've scouted the property and it has food, bedding and water and looks good. Lots of elevation changes and fingers and pinch points to hunt. The fields are beans this year.
I am going back out in a couple weeks to hang stands and set cams.
Once paid up you are welcome to go out and scout and/or hang stands or cams.
The owner lives on property, is an old man and there is possible/limited storage on the property.
Disclaimer I have one two-some still making up their mind (friends) so if they hesitate, the first money down gets it. No loons please.
