Does anyone use the Garmin Delta or Delta Pro collar on there dogs?
These collars seem to be the best bang for the buck and can be used on up to 3 dogs. I was wondering if anyone has one and how they like it or if anyone has any better options. I believe the Garmin received better reviews then the Sport Dog collars ect. Just want to know if I should order two or not.
Thanks

ruffhills, it sounds like you have been training for a while, do you have any experience with training multiple dogs at the same time? I have two black labs because the wife didn't want to separate the remaining sisters of the litter and we ended up bringing home both. My issue is I don't know which one yet will be a better hunter so I was going to get a collar that can be used for multiple dogs and get them each a collar with one remote that can controll
both. I found a good deal on the Delta Sport and being that there customer service has been mentioned I'm going to order th for sure.
Thanks for the info.

I've used every piece of training equip known to mankind and like I said have settled on 2 companies for MY tools one being Tritronics ( who is now really garmin ) and Garmin for all my recovery needs with exception when I'm in Canada who does not allow the use of GPS in their country I use tracking collars. Their are differences between GPS and tracking collars a GPS collar will bring you pretty much right to your dog but must always have communication with a sattelite. What I love about a tracking collar is when I turn it on I have where the dog is no picking up sattelites i have my dog, but then again I'm old school. I gonna make an assumption here and think since you have Labs your more concerned with the E collars then Recovery of an animal. As for E-collars any Tritronic collar should fill your needs as you can add collars to the newwer models with that being said if you could find a set of DOGTRA T&B collars do not be afraid to purchase them I had used them for years without fail. the only reason I went to Tritronic was Dogtra at the time I was upgrading did not have capabilities of adding collars and when you're a brain damaged person like me that always has a bunch of dogs being able to add collars was a must. Hope this helps. If not get ahold of me and I'll try to do better.

Thanks riffhills, your correct when you say I'm more concerned with the ecollars. I think I may order the garmin delta for both dogs or find a dogtra. The thing I like about the dogtra is the remote is slimmer and some of them got better reviews on user friendly controls compared to garmin.
Thanks for the help.

Good call Deuce, I forgot about that site, I can probably do a search and find a ton if info there, been on duck hunting chat on my lunch break and have been reading a ton of stuff too.
This is new to me and by no means do I expect to be an " expert"or buy the "last collar I will ever buy" but I just want something for both my pups that'll last a few seasons and not break the bank at the same time.
Thanks
