I'll go on record in saying that a person found to be an “incipient sociopath” by two psychiatrists, should never be let out of prison.

Might have gotten credit for pre trial jail time. I don't think the extra six months would matter. Better he gets out and has to support himself... if they are letting him out. Before Meghans law , he would have walked out the jail door without any supervision if he maxed out.

Not according to the DOC website. Last place of detention listed was SSCF (Southern State Correctional Facility).
As a side note, all inmates, upon admission the the NJ State Dept of Corrections, are first sent to CRAF (Central Reception and Assignment Facility) in Trenton. This is where their sentencing facility assignments are determined based on a comprehensive exam & review of the inmate's case file.
Had this inmate shown a likelihood of responding to sex offender treatment, he would have in all probabilty been sentenced to the ADTC (Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center) in Avenel. Since he was not, it appears the DOC wrote of any hope of rehabilitating this individual from the get go. They simply wharehoused him 'til he "maxed out".

He is/was in Southern State Prison, country club. I looked over his charges, there is a chance he can get civil commitment, if this happens the inmate doesn't know this until last minute, nither will the public. I will look for this winner on the in-take sheet this weekend, and inform you guys. He has two major crimes on his jacket, that alone is one of a few reasons to hold a person under the civil commitment
Also he has a warrant for unpaid fines, so upon release if that happens Sussex County should take custody, if they want the money, but at times the county will drop it, just not worth their time and money.
