I passed on this buck at least 8 times since opening day. Today I decided to take him. There is bigger bucks around at this spot and I have been holding off for one.

There is 6 guys now hunting this little honey hole of mine[mad] and they all said if they see him its dead. The buck was heading right for the one guy this morning before I shot it. I wont be out till next week for this is it for my fall bow season. Here is a pic from today;

It was a great hunt, the shot was 22 yards and a double lung. Deer went down inside of 40 yards. I cut out his tender loins and eat them for breakfast when I got home.
