After a long debate over selling her do to medical reasons or keeping her and telling the drs they suck it I have opted to send a large check to the marina for the updating of hurricane sandy wrath .if you don't know the misfit became the ornament of key port when sandy hung her from a bridge by her motors,.as of. Monday she will be getting a make over and prepped for my return to the fishing world in June for prime fluke and mako season .going to leave the color the same ,was debating fighting lady yellow but that color was used up on the old misfit .after the paint I'm debating on upgrading the electronics to garmin touch screens but that will be decided later.but for now fresh paint and coating will get me on the water plus some tune ups

It will be nice to see ya back out on the water with her. Give me a call if you need help with anything,I have a pretty good connection for Garmin stuff. Knowing you and your love of gulp and other slimy things I wouldn't recommend the touch screens[hihi]

Want to paint it black but fear the added heat , got to be dark so it blends in a bit ,last one was yellow and had hitch hikers often

Thanks it was to be until that bitch sandy made her a Christmas ornament hanging from a bridge ,I will never forget the call at 7 am "do you have a boat" Yes "do you have a boat that hangs from a bridge " I might "do you have a boat that hangs from a bridge and is near totaled" yup that's mine ,lol heart breaking but funny call

I took a ride down Rt35 Shortly after Sandy and remember looking out and saying " holy shit, theres a boat hangin from the bridge." My neighbors boat wound up by Wendys on 35. It was really hard to comprehend the amount of destruction from that storm unless you saw it first hand. There was half a dozen boats sticking out of the truss work on the Morgan train bridge, it looked like someone hammered them into the bridge like little wooden pegs.
