If a not Leo got caught steeling they would get the book thrown at them in PA.I hope this guy gets what he deserves.He should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!!!These cops think they should get away with anything they want.I hope they throw him in jail!!!! I think if a Leo gets caught doing something illeagle they should have harsher penalties because of the job they hold.....
