I used gunbroker to purchase a pistol and had no problems whatsoever.

Yes. Gunbroker is the only one I will use. Safe and secure ....thus far.

Yes numerous times rifles and pistols. Keep in mind you have to pay for shipping which is usually 25-35 and you have to pay the FFL transfer fee and if you use a credit card to pay there is usually a 3% fee for using the card. So know your prices before hand. Check out the lgs and if they have the gun you want and the prices are close maybe worth just getting it at the lgs.

I've used it a bunch of times never a problem.

I have had mostly great experiences with gun broker. I once had a seller tell me a gun was used once when it was sighted in..........I took the action out of the stock and there was dirt and twigs. Anyway, any new gun I have bought has been a great experience without problem.

Never had any problems buying through Gunbroker, no unpleasant surprises, no dishonesty. Having said that, I still use it as a "last resort". I will first try to find what I'm looking for at my local gunshops. I like to support the neighborhood guys when I can.

I suggest using a non-lgs as your FFL though. Man they really whine when you come in to pay them for their overpriced FFL service.
You are sooo right about that. My gunsmith has an FFL, and charges a lot less than the local gun shop. And no jealousy to deal with! (as I stated earlier - I only buy used guns online after I try to find the item locally)
