You'll never have to do that if you bring your deer to jimmy. He's done quite a few deer for me in the last few years and the meat I get back always looks like the pictures[up][up][up][up]

I was lucky enough to get a big doe tonight, I dropped it off with jimmy to get the whole deer made out of pork roll and kielbasa. His shop was spotless as usual. I'm looking forward to eggs with venison pork roll and kielbasa on the grill with kraut![tasty][tasty][tasty][tasty]

Picked up my opening day doe last night from jimmy. Another fantastic job as usually. The place is always as clean as the pictures and the meat you get back also looks the same. I highly recommend you guys give him a try.
