Saw the pie bald buck this morning, that I posted about yesterday. He got the pass but I did get video of him. He came in the first time before it was light enough to video he left and a narrow spread 10 pointer came by. I got the ten point on video. Five minutes later a forkhorn came down the same trail, I got him on video. It was now 7 AM and my feeder went off spooking the forkhorn. Within 10 minutes here comes the pie-bald again I got quite a bit of video of him this time and continued the camera rolling when a doe and fawn joined him at the feeder.I am trying to download an old program so that I can post the video but, that is not going too well!

I usually hunt in zone 5, but have been doing a bit of zone 7 hunting this year and there is a piebald doe running around the area I hunt. I've seen her several times. I also know of a massive piebald buck in the area that I've seen trailcam pics of and I know a couple people who have seen him in fields. He was a giant 10 pointer last year when I saw the pics. I wonder how he is looking this year if he's still around

Nutley is that deer in a place that gets hunted or someplace closed to hunting. It would seem that the pie-bald are more easily seen in the woods so I would assume they would get shot at more often.
