Took this big bodied 8 point yesterday in zone 8 Hunterdon County. The shot was a little farther back than I wanted but the 100 grain thunderheads still took out both lungs and found him 80 yards later. This is by far the heaviest deer I've taken in NJ. I didn't weigh him but he had to be well over 200lbs live weight. Nice buck to start the season.
