If money were no object, I would strive for the North American Super Slam (the taking of all 29 of the traditionally recognized species of big game animals native to North America). I could not pick any one trip but I would start with the mountain goat and sheep species before I am too old for them.

Hmmm, money no object...I'd start the last week in August and end Oct 1st with my bow, 2 dozen arrows and elk tags in Colorado, New Mexico, Montana and Arizona. I'd come back in October, then pay ChrisM to let me stay in his lodge until Thanksgiving hunting those whitetails. Actually, the first part of that is going to be my retirement gift to myself in a few years, well, except Arizona, might be tough to get that tag. I'll do Wyoming instead.

I would take the entire fall and winter off and mostly bow hunt whitetails. Probably start early season in Kentucky, then move on to Illinois and Missouri, Kansas if time allowed end in Iowa (late season muzzleloader). Then I would probably end up buying some large piece in whitetail paradise. Solar powered lodge off the grid and grow monsters! I would have to get out of town for some ice fishing in the late winter in Minnesota or Wisconsin or Saskatewan who knows. I would be perfectly happy not working!
