"These are the kinda Cops that give the Few good ones a bad name!" As our leaders become more and more corrupt and we inch closer and closer towards living in a post constitutional police state are you SURE it is the few giving the many a bad name or the other way around? I for one am no longer as sure as I once was.

just another bunch of needle-dicked cops on a power trip. what else is new? hopefully this guy sues the city for a few million, and these guys spend the rest of their careers writing parking tickets. poor doggie.

The dog didn't even do anything. Wasn't acting aggressive in any manner. That cop that shot the dog look like a rookie as well. I hope he looses his job but I'm sure he won't. He not only killed the dog for no good reason but also put innocent by standees at risk for catching a stray bullet as he pop off 4 rounds into a dog that wasn't doing anything.pos cop with the normal power trip.

That was horrible. I will wait to hear what the reason why they were arresting this guy. To shoot the dog like that is unbelievable!!! I am sick to my stomach watching that poor dog.

The guy def was doing nothing wrong, and it sucks that his dog was shot .BUT to me it appears the officer first was reaching for the leash. when the dog tried to bite him he reacted.
At the point the dog tried to bite him I feel he reacted in what he considered to be in his own saftey.
Anyone who has had a rottie in their face intent on biting you knows that officer more than likely felt a little more than threatened at that point.
But the cops will lose this one as it was more than apparent this guy was getting in his car to leave when they decided to push the issue.
Not once did he resist even when being cuffed for doing nothing wrong

News reports claim that it was because the radio in his car was playing too loud in the vicinity of police business.

the guy did nothing wrong and the dog was trying to protect its master. for the dog to be shot like that it blows my mind. poor dog !
