I usually try to keep my comments to myself about political topics on this site....but watching that video really pissed me off!! I guess it's fine for you to give your input on our country as long as they like what you have to say. You were right when you said they work for us and that he was out of order!! They should have escorted him out.

I try to see both sides of a situation, but it seems to me that he was a bully who knew you were right so he kicked you out. It reminded me of a little kid saying "If you don't want to do it my way, you can't play with my toys."
Thanks for trying!

Thank you for your time and effort IMO you did nothing wrong and are on the record as a well spoken gentalman who spoke the truth in a public hearing while those running the hearing are anything but. Good job.

That's debatable. While I agree with everything that he said, and I do think the guy who threw him out completely overreacted, there is no debate that he did go off on a pretty long sequence about the problem of gun control in a manner that did not discuss the bill. That was when you hear, "on the bill please", and he responded "I AM on the bill, and I WILL be heard", which was a completely unnecessary and combative response that needlessly escalated the situation. You have to remember it's a hearing and you need to play by the rules.

Thanks for showing up and trying to get the message across. Exactly why did they declare you out of order? What a farce of a hearing. These bills are being railroaded through using the Sandy Hook tragedy and it doesn't look good for reason to prevail in this environment.

I always wonder if any of these "let's ban all weapons" people understand that our young people may actually need to shoot a gun to kill our enemies in a war someday and that familiarity with doing so may save their lives and our freedom some day?? Oh no, we like to pretend that could never happen. Iran, North Korea, Al-Queda are all reasonable and we would never end up in a war. Meanwhile, the safety and freedom that makes them think guns are bad was won at gunpoint.

I've always believed this. I believe understanding firearms from a young age has certainly helped me develop a respect for them. I don't know anybody raised around firearms that is not careful.

what a joke, he's trying to use roberts rules of parliamentary order against. a private citizen not versed in such language. Typical tyranny. his job should of been impartial and to try to guide the speaker into conforming with the format that was expected. To overreact and dismiss a speaker as out of order and to be removed shows the contempt at which this politician has for the speakers at this hearing.

Good letting your voice be heard. That shows what we are dealing with. Talk about tyrants, perfect example.

+1 I thought that I was the only one that thought that. Glad to see a couple of you on here mentioned it. You never hear anybody mentioning common sense like this. I wonder if the gun grabbers want their kids going to war after having trained with a firearm for only a few weeks or months. I know I feel better knowing my son is already a pretty good shot. It may be too late now but I hope in the future there is a strong push and we can vote these antis out of office. I just don't understand who they are representing. Most people I know are pro 2A wether they own a gun or not. It IS our right.

I got the impression that they were clapping for you, and not clapping because you were removed. I also noticed that the audience reacted negatively towards the chairperson when he advised that you were to be removed. I think you cast a positive light on all gun owners when you departed in a civil and orderly manner. Thank you for your time and efforts.
