I wonder what percentage of Colt's revenue comes from NYS vs. from civilians?

I'm figuring Glock has little incentive to jeopardize NYS, because they have no competition amongst the fanboys.

But Colt occupies much less of a unique niche. If Olympic arms on the low end and LaRue on the high end can strip away buyers with a conscience, Colt might find it in their interest to play along.

How about Ruger? They tarnished their reputation when the CEO came out against modern sporting arms. Now they're catching up, and this would be a good way to restore their credibility. Plus, how much business do they do with government anyway?

This is really great, I hope to see more firearms manufacturers join the list. I think it would be truly awesome if ammo manufacturers would join up and limit state and government purchases to a few hundred rounds at a time, like they want to do to us. Not that it would happen, but it would certainly send a message.

Its good to the the "industry" stepping up to the plate. We need every participant we can get in this fight to save our rights. I hope more join in and apply pressure, especially on the state level. We should make a point to contact these companies and thank them and show support for what they are doing.
