Why don't we wait until we actually get a response from Primos before we call them out?

The SRWA would like to announce that after discussion and majority voting of the officers, we will not be attending the Eastern Sportsmans and Outdoor Show. We thank everyone for their input and are proud to join other organizations, vendors, and personalities to represent a stand against the decision of the show organizers that infringes on the rights of sportsmen statewide and nationwide. If you are not currently an SRWA member, please consider joining our organization as we welcome all that wish to make a difference, both in conservation and standing up for what is best. Was just told by Primos Rep they WILL attend the show.

Like Grit stated, wait before calling them and others out. Many of them are just getting back from the SHOT show and are getting all the info about the Boycott. Primos are awesome guys and I am sure they will address tis important issue just like other are coming out and doing everyday.

NICE. Gonna be one shitty turnout. The message has already gotten across. But the crickets in there will drive it home. I emailed each company. And called primos to let them know that while I currently use quite a few of their products and such....that their attendance would cause me to NOT purchase a single item from this day forward.

Robin just an fyi southern game calls who is one of our affiliates (grow the bone) tv show is called " the resistance " so its the same companies [up] thanks

SecureIt Tactical Inc., Withdraws from Eastern Sports and Outdoors Show

RE: HARRISBURG EASTERN SPORTS AND OUTDOOR SHOW
Syracuse, New York

ANNOUNCEMENT: SecureIt Tactical Inc. has decided to withdraw from participation in the 2013 Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show due to the organizer’s decision to exclude certain types of ­firearms, accessories, and vendors for what we believe are political reasons.

SecureIt Tactical Inc. strongly disagrees with the decision of the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show’s management to disallow the display and sale of Modern Sporting Rifles at its 2013 exhibition.

We are asking all supporters and sporting enthusiast to boycott the show this year and send a message. This appears to be a political decision. We hope the Eastern Sports and Outdoors Show will reconsider their position in the future so we may also reconsider our participation.

Not sure if its been posted here yet, i just got online now and see the thread has grown by leaps and bounds today,

and to think,the show isn't starting for another whole two weeks

Hopefully in that time we can either:

a) Get REED to reverse it's decision or
b) Shut down the entire show

Southern Game Calls and The Resistance TV will not be exhibiting and/or
attending the Eastern Sports Show in Harrisburg, PA. Nor will we support any
company that attempts to infringe on any of Our Constitutional Rights.
We have been a part of the Eastern Sports show since its inception, but now
is the time to stand up. We are sorry to not be able to interact with our loyal
fans and customers at the show this year and as a thanks to our customers for
understanding and supporting our decision to boycott the show, we will be
running a "show special" pricing for our calls on Southerngamecalls.com. We will
match the prices that we normally sell our calls at the show during the week
that the Eastern Sports Show takes place.

Thank you for your interest in our position on the situation, and we are proud
to be a part of the hunting/shooting industry that has the support of companies
and people like yourself.

I just posted this on the Yamaha Moter Corporation U.S.A. facebook page. I hope others will post there as well since they are a major sponsor to the ESOS.

"Gentlemen, since hundreds of companies including the major show sponsor Cabela's have withdrawn from the upcoming Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show in Harrisburg PA. I trust we can count on you doing likewise in support of our 2nd amendment rights. In addition, thousands of sportsmen and women have already stated they will not attend this show, nor will they continue to support any company or companies who support The Reed Corporation’s position on banning certain firearms and related materials from their show. I trust you will also do the right thing and withdraw from the show. Thank you for your consideration."
