Dr Deer wasn't a registered exhibitor, but did express his support of the boycott.

Wired Outdoors has pulled out of the show.

Quote:
Every year, we at Wired Outdoors are proud to attend and support the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show which is located in our home state of Pennsylvania. If you have ever been to this show, you know that it is the largest outdoor show on the east coast with thousands of vendors, outfitters and celebrities. Unfortunately due to their recent policy change of banning certain firearms from the show, we can not support an organization that has abandoned us as hunters, sportsmen and mainly supporters of the 2nd Amendment. We are hopefully optimistic that the management of the show will see what a grave error they have made and REVERSE their policy. If this happens, we will consider attending, but until then, we as hunters and supporters of the second amendment, cannot support organizations who do not support us. To abandon us in our biggest time of need when our second amendment rights are under attack is unconscionable. We would encourage you to voice your concerns to the show by visiting their page and commenting. It will take a lot of pressure from all of us to make a change. As you know, earlier this week, Reed Expositions, the managing group behind the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show, unilaterally decided to prohibit the sale of "assault rifles" and "high capacity" magazines at this show. We've spent several days attempting to contact the show organizers in an effort to reason with them. Neither our calls or emails have been returned.

This is a clear assault on the rights afforded to our fellow citizens under the 2nd Amendment. As our founders so clearly stated, these rights shall not be infringed.

In this spirit, we are exercising the power of another great American concept... that of free enterprise. We have decided we will not be exhibiting at this show and we have demanded an immediate refund of our monies.

Stand and Fight.

And here's another one:

From Their FB Page:

Direct Action Tactical has withdrawn from the Eastern Sports and Outdoors Show due to Reed Expositions lack of support for the 2nd Amendment. Reed Exposition's pathetic pandering to the anti-gun media fever is a dangerous wedge driven between all firearms owners. We are not "Sportsmen" or "Tactical" shooters. We are AMERICAN's and our support of the Second Amendment must be universal! We further wish to voice our support for all of the business that stand with us in this boycott. We strongly encourage ALL supporters to send the message loud and clear by boycotting the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show. Please share this post and show your support to all of the businesses that stood and said "NO" to Reed Exposition and the ESOS.

Statement regarding Harrisburg:

Dead Ringer LLC is a proud American company whose success and relationships were built on the foundation of the freedoms and ideals afforded by our great nation. We find the recent decision by Reed Exhibitions, the Organizer of the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show in Harrisburg PA, to ban black weapons and accessories at the show, to be both spineless and incredibly disappointing. Collectively, we feel that amidst this time of turmoil and debate in our country, there comes a time when you must draw a line, and stand and fight. We choose to do so now! Dead Ringer will not be attending the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show in Harrisburg February 2-10, 2013. This comes at a personal cost to us as a company, and as individuals, as this show is one of the largest outdoor shows in the East, and has always been a successful venue for Dead Ringer, but as previously stated, sacrifices must be made in order to stand for what we believe in. While there are a great number of concerns associated with a situation like this, we are equally saddened by the immediate financial impact Reed Exhibitions’ decision is going to have on the community of Harrisburg, who has always been a welcoming and gracious host. We urge our brothers and sisters of the outdoor industry to stand with us on this issue, and we hope to see you all at the other great venues we will be attending in the near future.

Sincerely,
The Dead Ringer family

Kinsey's Outdoors

Kinsey’s Outdoors is committed to our Mission Statement of “Helping individuals, families and organizations fulfill their passions for the outdoors,” which we feel includes all facets of what our Second Amendment Rights guarantee. We cannot support the decisions made by the executives at Reed’s Exhibitions, which directly conflict with our principles and those of our customers.

Until a reversal of the proposed Reed’s policies is established, Kinsey’s Outdoors will be withdrawing all participation of the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show for 2013.
